I am passionate about Pilates and training the more mature person having worked in the fitness industry for 20 years.
I can help you improve your mobility and flexibility using the Modern Pilates method. Developed by physiotherapists and fitness experts, Modern Pilates aims to rebalance the body by improving posture, muscle tone, flexibility and core stability. The slow and controlled approach can also help to relieve stress and tension, help with back problems, assist in injury rehabilitation and improve body awareness.
My qualifications include CYQ/NVQ Level 3 Matwork Pilates, CYQ Exercise to Music, CYQ Exercise for the Older Adult, KFA Seated Exercise for the Mature Mover and I am a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) Level 3.
Enthusiastic and energetic, I am also a good listener, caring, and sensitive to people's individual needs, plus I have a cheerful disposition and a good sense of humour! I feel I am an excellent role model for the more mature person and will strive to help you improve your quality of life.
