Boot Camp
Our boot camps are designed for maximum calorie burn in just 30 minutes with challenging and fun exercises to push your body to its limits.

Fight Klub
Bag Box
In a Fight Klub Bag Box class participants perform combinations of punches and kicks to upbeat atmospheric music on a 6ft high free-standing punch bag.

Spinning
Pumping music accompanies an intense cardio workout for all fitness levels. Our inspirational instructors will lead you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn and push your fitness levels to the max!

Ultimate Abs
This is an intense 30 minute abdominal blast that hits your abs from every angle with challenging exercises that will rip your core to shreds!

Pilates
Pilates is a blend of strength and flexibility training that improves posture, core strength and all over muscle tone. Also relieving back pain, reducing stress and providing a sense of well being to your body and mind.

Totally Shredded
A HIIT combat/bodyweight class that burns the calories and sheds the pounds!

P90x
This popular total-body strength and cardio-conditioning class creates a strong community of friendly competition, encouragement, and personal fitness breakthroughs. It’s got the ultimate variety and group atmosphere to keep you engaged and challenged as you push past plateaus and meet your goals.

Kettle HIIT
This high intensity resistance workout has been proven to transform body shape because it is so effective at isolating muscle groups as well as burning calories.

The Terminator
This is another high intensity interval session that will push you to your limits. The class involves of a variety of bodyweight exercises using light weights.

PiYo
Sweat, stretch, and strengthen—all in one workout! This unique total-body conditioning workout inspired by the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates and the strength and flexibility training of flowing yoga movements.
